Greetings from Sandbridge. We had a pretty bad weekend of weather this past weekend, but as always hope springs eternal at the beach. We are sure this week will be another spectacular fall week in Sandbridge. With daylight saving time behind us it is easier than ever to wake before dawn and enjoy all the beach has to offer in the daylight.
Sunrise in Sandbridge
We may not be the most objective source on this, but we have come to a consensus here at Everything Sandbridge - we have the best sunrises in the world. There's nothing quite like seeing that big orange sphere come up over the Atlantic ocean each morning (especially after a bad weather weekend).
This week's Memory Monday photo submission comes to us from Elizabeth Schaff of Hockessin, Delaware. She stayed with her family this past July in the property "It's All Good." Take a look at what they saw when they got up before dawn.
Elizabeth tells us "I love this photo because our house of 8 all woke up before dawn to go to the beach to watch the sunrise. It was a little cloudy, but luckily we got to see the sun emerge from beyond the horizon. It was beautiful. We love Sandbridge!"
