Keeping an eye on Isaias

Greetings from another beautiful Monday morning here in Sandbridge. It looks like a super beach day, but everyone is keeping an eye on the weather with the approach of former Hurricane and now Tropical Storm Isaias.

Storm impact expected to be minimal

for the Sandbridge area at this time and no evacuations or special directions have been issued from our local authorities. The storm's projected path has Isaias making landfall in South Carolina on Monday evening. The storm is then expected to move north through North Carolina before turning to the northeast and moving rapidly through our area Tuesday morning.

Weather forecasters are predicting the main effect of Isaias on the Sandbridge area will be heavy rain on Monday night and Tuesday. There also may be some gusty winds that impact our area.

Visitors are reminded to use caution when driving if water has collected on the roadway. Ponding on area roads is highly likely during the storm.

Guests currently in residence in our properties are requested to please inspect the exterior of the property and secure any small items that may be effected by gusty winds. We thank you in advance for your assistance on this.

Otherwise we expect great beach weather to return on Wednesday and hope our guests enjoy a fantastic vacation filled with great memories.

All the best from the beach!
