It’s time to enjoy Sandbridge from the beach to the bay at this stunning beach house! Tastefully decorated with LVP flooring in common areas, carpet in the bedrooms for comfort, and granite countertops in the kitchen. Designed with relaxation and comfort in mind, there is a den with a wet bar that has a full-size refrigerator. Having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers in the house is a convenience not usually enjoyed in a house this size. The path towards the beach is just outside the gate! You can see the bay and the ocean from the top-level deck while enjoying your family and fresh ocean breezes.
The saltwater pool will be the star of this coastal oasis. Kids can play and adults can enjoy catching up on the pool deck. It’s an easy walk to the beach with the public path beside the house leading to Sandfiddler Road and up to the beach access. Everyone can gather around the kitchen island while the chefs prepare meals. All bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
