All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Location, location, location
The house is just steps from the beach. We did not have to fight for space on the beach or in the house. The Van Deventer family has owned property on Sandbridge since the ‘50s. I think the sofa cushions might be the originals. Come on owners, just replace the cushions😄

Jumping for joy.
Our kids were jumping for joy during our vacation at SF3512-Van Divender! This was our first time staying at this beachfront property and we’ll definitely be back! The house was clean and spacious - with tons of room for the adults and kids to spread out. We loved having the extra living area in the basement for the kids! The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and the sand and surf was only steps away from us! Loved the outdoor space as well - bonus points for a porch with screens and a ceiling fan!

Great Oceanfront
Our family thoroughly enjoyed Van Divender! The house had a well stocked kitchen. Second fridge for waters and soda and a large washer and dryer in the lower level. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch. The pool was large and the kids had a blast. Lots of beach toys, chairs, and even small coolers to use at the beach. Our family had a wonderful time here!
