Hardwood floors, granite, stainless steel, and windows galore bring the beach inside for an indulgent panorama no matter where you stand. Professionally decorated and appointed throughout to satisfy discriminating taste. Gourmet kitchen includes a large center bar, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 ranges and 2 refrigerators. There is plenty of seating for everyone with multiple tables and the breakfast bar in the open concept top level. Two beautiful King Master Bedrooms are each located on the top level. On the mid-level you can choose from a variety of bedrooms and the laundry is conveniently located on this level with 2 sets of washer/dryers. Don’t miss the mid-level cabana to enjoy drinks, watching the kids in the pool or those beautiful sunrises over the ocean. On the ground level everyone will love the sports bar rec room with LCD TV, poker/game table, wet bar with granite, and full size refrigerator. Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Amazing house, perfect for us but.....

The house was really amazing, my biggest problem was the things I told the leasing agent about. 1 freezer would not open, I reported it Sunday morning and it was Wednesday before anyone showed up. Then when the repair man comes, he informs us that it was a known problem and were waiting on the part. All they had to do was tell us that and I wouldn't have messaged them every single day. The master screen was held together with duct tape that was peeling up and I asked they fix it with more duct tape so I could use the screen, they said they would have someone replace it, they never showed up. I just decided it was a moot point to tell them anything. They told us daily that someone would be there for the freezer and it took 3 full days. There were a lot of cobwebs and bugs in the corners and the vaulted ceiling. I know those ceilings are hard to clean so we just let that go but when you're paying that kind of money you don't think there would be bugs. One thing I did not report was the wi-fi, it was terrible. They had boosters on each floor, I don't think it's anything the leasing agent could have done, maybe the owner needs to upgrade the speed. We had my grandson's owlet baby monitor that requires wi-fi and the wi-fi was just too slow. We all have unlimited data on our devices so we just didn't use wi-fi except the absolute necessary devices. The beds are not great, and the master bed is so tall I needed a step stool (I'm also 4'11, so for me it was tough). But let me tell you all the good stuff. The elevator was a life saver and the main reason we rented the house. Being able to bring our dogs made this house a perfect fit. All the bathrooms are amazing, and we never ran out of hot water. We could run dishwashers, laundry and still have a hot shower. Having the double washer and dryers made our lives so much easier. To run them both at the same time... it seriously made me want 2 sets at home. For the house itself, and the amenities, can't say enough great things about it. One of the coolest features was the wireless music system, you could log into it, and stream your music outside. Our entire family enjoyed that. I seriously can't say enough nice things about the house itself. I commend the owners on having it so well prepared. Despite the issues with the rental company, we wanted to rent this house again because it fit our needs perfectly, however it was already completely booked the month we wanted for next year. Fortunately we found another home identical to it in floorplan that works. Obviously if we wanted it again, that says enough. I led with the bad because I wanted to end on a good note. I'm sad the house was already rented for the 2021 season but congats to the owners and leasing agent for making that happen. LOVE this house!

American Dream indeed!

We rented the house to gather family to honor my mom's life. I needed the large dining room for the dinner we were hosting for her caregivers and her closest friends. The home was more perfect than we could have imagined!!!! The home was every bit a match to the photos and descriptions! The sound system was amazing. The fact that it comes with the linens included makes for a lot less packing!! The realty company was easy to work with - even accommodated a request that the hot tub open a week early so that we could enjoy it! We enjoyed sunrise from almost every room and spectacular sunsets from the bay side - Dolphins swam by every morning! The front lights that change from red to blue make it easy to find your way home if you were out for a long day or just dinner. We enjoyed it so much, we are all contemplating a future visit sooner rather than later!
