Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Great family house

Our family, 4 generations, 93 to 1 years old, just loved how spacious this home was. Enough room to spread out. The house deco was beautiful and clean. The den for the kids to watch their own shows and the game room kept them busy. Having a bathroom to each bedroom helped, and the elevator was great for groceries and elderly people. Location to beach had easy access for a wheelchair for our 93 year old mother to get onto the beach. Only things that needs taken care was the ice machines in the kitchen and playroom did not work and the grill was dirty. The pool and hot tub everyone enjoyed. Already booked for the 2026 season. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This is the second time our extended family has rented this house. 10 master bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, and close proximity to beach access are all positive features. Semi ocean front house with great ocean view. However, it is showing some wear and tear. Some cosmetic touch ups and outside power washing to front deck windows and outside furniture would make it more appealing. We had a few minor issues throughout the week, but were quickly addressed by Sandbridge Blue.

Great House

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our large multi family vacation. 10 bedrooms with 10 masters is ideal. No sharing bathrooms. The location to beach access (directly across the street) and a corner lot with a beautiful beach view made it seem like an oceanfront property for semi oceanfront price! The house was advertised with 2 bunk bedrooms but one of them had a double and a twin bed. One extra sized bedroom on the 1st floor would be ideal for a family sharing a room with small children. The pool was a nice size for our large family. Kitchen was well stocked with two dish washers and a large refrigerator. Plus full sized refrigerator on bottom level in the game room was nice for assorted drinks. Only one washer/dryer for such a large house made it a little difficult for everyone to get laundry done. Also a few cosmetic fixes due to wear and tear would be nice. Only major issue was no internet connection. We had some family members who needed to work from their vacation and could not connect to the internet. After several calls to Sandbridge Blue and one unanswered email to the owner, we finally got connected on Thursday after the Cable company came out to replace the modem. Overall, so happy with the house, we tried to rent it for July, 2024 but it was completely booked. Will try for 2025 !!

Hair dryers and beach towels are not provided. Bath towels are provided for as many as the home sleeps.
