This fabulous oceanfront vacation home is a dream from every “Pointe O’ View.”  Enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, which is only steps away, or play with the kids in your own private pool which overlooks the beach dunes.  Make use of the multi-level decks with great ocean views and frequent dolphin sightings!  You may prefer to relax in the hot tub while watching the waves hit the shoreline.  Inside, find fresh, light and airy beach décor and furnishings in large spaces and spacious king bedrooms. Cook in your dream kitchen, equipped with a center island, beautiful granite countertops, porcelain tile flooring and stainless-steel appliances. Plenty of seating between the island and dining table allow everyone to enjoy meals together.

Two separate family room areas inside provide different areas for gathering, dolphin watching, or enjoying coffee or happy hour overlooking the ocean. Be sure to bring a basketball along if your group wants to utilize the two basketball hoops on either end of driveway for a full court basketball game.  Nicely located and perfect for walking to the market, ice cream, and Sandbridge Island restaurant.  Everyone needs a new “Pointe of View!”

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.


All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Exceeded Expectations
It was our first time to Sandbridge Beach and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! We traveled with our two children and their spouses with 4 grandchildren in tow. The grandchildren ranged in age from 6 months to 3 years. The house was great shape with a wonderful beach vibe! The size of the kitchen and how it is stocked was mind blowing. There was not an appliance or utensil you couldn't find. The bedrooms are very spacious and the mattresses are comfortable. The outside amenities are as nice as inside. A spacious covered deck offers the opportunity to get out of the sun. There is a large pool area and also a sand area for the kids to play off the beach. Stepping off the deck to the beach had to be the highlight of the week! Anything needed down by the water was a few steps away. My entire family agreed this needs to be an annual event! Everything you could want and more
POV was the perfect property for three families with young children. The layout is spacious and the property is well-maintained. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils. Even has an airfryer. The smaller kitchenette/living area upstairs off the balcony was a nice added bonus. The hot tub and pool were well-maintained. And you can’t get any easier access to the beach. The bedrooms are spacious, with more than enough closet/drawer space. Views are incredible. Convenient outdoor shower and hoses to clean off after a day at the beach or before using the pool. Ample parking. It was too hot to use the basketball hoops but you can play full court if you want to. I loved the hooks all over the house- it was so convenient to hang clothes, accessories, towels, etc. A lot of time and energy has been spent making sure guests enjoy themselves. We’ve already booked a stay for next year. This is the second time we’ve used Sandbridge Blue and we can’t be more pleased. Communication is quick and efficient. Checking/checkout is a breeze. Highly recommend them and this property!

Great House!
This was our family’s 36th year visiting Sandbridge and, needless to say, we have rented many houses over the years. Our wish list as to what we are looking for in a beach rental is long, but I’m happy to say that Pointe O’ View checked all of the boxes and then some! The house layout is great, with large spacious bedrooms as well as multiple common areas for gathering. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked that we have ever encountered, with clean well maintained appliances and a large functional island. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space in each bedroom. Furniture both inside and outside is in great condition and comfortable. The beach access is perfect and easy and the pool and hot tub are an added plus. Our family always enjoys a good outdoor shower and this one did not disappoint. The driveway is large with lots of parking, as well as two basketball hoops. You can tell that a lot of thought went into what people may want/need in a rental home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!
