Great news for all travelers! We now have a Royal Shell North delivering oceanfront elegance! Built with the floor plan and style of the original Royal Shell that is in so much demand, we now offer similar elegance and amenities at the quiet north end! Over 9,000 square feet of beauty and grace offer amenities galore for the entire family to enjoy with an elevator for easy access throughout the house. The ocean view from the east wall of windows in the great room and kitchen is breathtaking. The unique design has the main living with a great room and kitchen on the mid-level which allows for quiet bedrooms on the top level. This property is designed more like a luxury coastal family home than a rental property.

Some changes from the original Royal Shell include 3 dining tables that seat 10 each and the interiors are a soft palette of neutral and sea glass colors. The home theater will have comfy sofas on tiered levels. Perfect for entertaining, there are many gathering areas inside and out. The pool and cabana area are ideal for entertaining with the cabana bar and a kitchenette just off the pool deck area. The top-level kitchen has room for all the cooks and is outfitted to prepare meals for the entire family. Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round.


All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
