Originally from Southern California, Jim has served as the Maintenance Manager at Sandbridge Blue since 2025, where he oversees all aspects of the Maintenance Department. As a husband and father, he understands firsthand the importance of a well-maintained home, bringing that same care and accountability to every property he manages.

A retired Navy veteran with 22 years of service as a Fire Control Technician, Jim specializes in leading teams for preventative and corrective maintenance. He also brings over a decade of senior enlisted leadership experience, during which he developed the skills to manage complex operations, hold teams to a high standard, and make critical decisions under pressure. His diverse background has equipped him with the ability to communicate effectively, inspire trust and accountability, deliver exceptional client satisfaction, and successfully balance demanding operational needs.
