Starting her career at Blue in 2012, Ciera joined the team as a reservations agent. She next moved into marketing, where she spent seven years developing the Blue brand, before returning to her former department as the reservations manager. Now the rental manager with the AAA team, Ciera brings tenured experience from both marketing and operations to create a well-rounded approach to client service.

Ciera's strong management skills and training of our reservation agents stand out, as the growth and performance of her team are evident in the top-tier service they provide. Alongside agent development, she works directly with property owners on their rates, bookings, and general relationship management, bringing a balanced focus that supports both team performance and owner satisfaction across the rental experience.
