The festival kicks off at 11:00 AM and continues into the evening, featuring a lineup of renowned beach music bands:​

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: The Main Event Band

1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: The Original Rhondels

4:00 PM – 6:30 PM: The Catalinas


7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Band of Oz

What to Expect

The Beach Music Blast is more than just a concert—it's a celebration of coastal culture! Attendees can enjoy live music all day long. Dance to classic beach tunes performed by top East Coast bands. Savor a variety of food and beverage offerings from local food trucks and vendors. You will not go hungry!

This is a family-friendly event with a lively and welcome atmosphere. There are a ton of activities suitable for all ages, so feel free to bring the whole family. 

This event is rain or shine, so be sure to check the forecast and bring suitable layers and gear if rain is possible.

Feel free to bring chairs, blankets, and picnic baskets with your own food. Outside alcohol, however, and glass containers, are not allowed in the event. Pets are also not allowed, with the exception of service animals. 

Getting There from Sandbridge Beach

Sandbridge Beach is approximately a 30-minute drive from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Plan to arrive early to secure parking, as spaces near 17th Street Park will fill up quickly during this event.
