Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator

Sandbridge Blue Realty Services is currently seeking to fill the position of Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordinator for the company. This position is a key position within the company on the delivery of customer service needs to our customers and clients and is not an entry level position. The Operations Manager will assist the Rental Manager as needed, including but not limited to the operation of Housekeeping and Maintenance. Here are a sampling of the duties/qualities being sought with this position:

-Positive attitude with background in customer service

-Organize an efficient scheduling process for Maintenance and Housekeeping staff

-Schedule inspections of properties for guest/owner arrival to assure satisfaction

-Report and correct Housekeeping paperwork issues with individual Housekeeping crews

-Ensure all property housekeeping issues are handled in a timely matter

-Assign, update, complete and follow up on all maintenance work orders by relaying all detailed information in a timely manner to appropriate parties

-Assist in training the team in proper procedures and correct use of equipment/chemicals

-Actively seek and handle guest, owner, and colleague feedback, following through on action taken to improve customer satisfaction

-Liaise with all staff to coordinate guest service and resolve emerging issues promptly

-Ensuring the greatest attention to detail and most importantly the highest standards for overall cleanliness and maintenance of properties

-Ensure completion of housekeeping crew assignments and inspections, maintaining a regular number of quality control inspections per month

-Foster an environment of open communication and creative problem solving

-Ensure a safe work environment is maintained and that all employees are committed to working safely

-Overall objective of retaining managed rental properties while also ensuring outstanding guest services

-Complete additional assigned projects and duties accurately and timely as needed

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

-Reliable transportation to report to work and drive to Sandbridge properties

-Must be able to lift 25 lbs., actively move through properties, and sit and stand for long periods of time

Maintenance Technician

Sandbridge Blue Realty Services is currently seeking to fill the position of Maintenance Technician for their Sandbridge office.  This position is a key position within the company on the delivery of customer service needs to our customers and clients and is not an entry level position.  At this time these are the qualifications/qualities expected from a candidate:

-Ability to report to work at Sandbridge Blue’s main office location

-Intimate knowledge of maintenance operations

-Reliable transportation to report to work

-At least a high school education with some college education preferred

-At least 2 years of management experience

-Positive attitude with background in customer service

-Ability to supervise seasonal maintenance employees while keeping them highly organized

-Ability to manage constant flow of work and coordinate and communicate clearly via e-mail, text, phone and written word.

-Ability to generate and close out work orders in company’s software system

-Implement and complete SBB Air Filter Program

-Regular meetings with management to review expenses and give advice on improving financial operations of the department.

-Clearly and quickly consult with homeowners on any maintenance issues that may arise

-Annual budget creation and implementation for maintenance with focus on profitability

-Other duties as discussed with and assigned by the company management

-No conflict of interest with additional jobs “on the side.”
