Seasonal Maintenance Technician
Sandbridge Blue Vacation Rentals is currently seeking to fill the position of Seasonal Maintenance Technician. This is a key position within the company and provides customer service needs to our guests. At this time these are the qualifications and qualities expected from a candidate:
-Ability to report to work on time
-Ability to follow direction and provide feedback
-Ability to keep work areas organized
-Ability to manage constant work flow and communicate via e-mail, text, and phone
-Ability to pass a drug screening
-Must possess excellent customer service skills
-Must be able to multitask
-Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
-Must possess general knowledge of maintenance and safety operations
-Must have a professional demeanor and appearance
-Reliable transportation to and from work
-High school education
-Positive attitude with background in customer service
-Take care of tools and ensure they are kept in good working condition
-Good driving record
-Other duties as discussed with and assigned by management
-No conflict of interest with additional jobs “on the side.”
-Execute work orders in a professional and timely manner
This is a full-time seasonal position. Hourly wage will be based on experience.
Year Round Maintenance Technician
-Customer service and guest interaction
-Management of work flow to completion
-Correspondence with owners, vendors and managers/staff
-Creation and completion of daily punch lists
-Follow up on current vendor work orders
-Trash bin recovery
-Prepare empty properties for rentals
-Follow up old work orders
-Vehicle organization and cleaning
-Organization of maintenance area of Operation office
-Air Filter Program
-Property condition assessments
-Create work order for loaner items
